Confidentiality and Record-Keeping
Electronic medical records are securely stored on our encrypted practice management system.
Access is role-based, password-protected, and logged in accordance with the National Health Act and POPIA. We protect your personal information and medical records. (View our privacy policy below)
Patients may request access to their records by submitting a written request to the Practice Manager via email using admin@capetownmed.com.

Consultation fees are explained before services are rendered.
You may request an estimate of costs for any procedure or test.
Cape Town Med accepts cash, card and select medical aids. Please contact us to confirm whether or not we accept yours.
