Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (Closed 13:00 – 14:00 for lunch)

Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00

Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed

Patients have the right to:

Confidentiality and Record-Keeping

  • Electronic medical records are securely stored on our encrypted practice management system.

  • Access is role-based, password-protected, and logged in accordance with the National Health Act and POPIA. We protect your personal information and medical records. (View our privacy policy below)

  • Patients may request access to their records by submitting a written request to the Practice Manager via email using admin@capetownmed.com.

We believe in transparent pricing.

  • Consultation fees are explained before services are rendered.

  • You may request an estimate of costs for any procedure or test.

  • Cape Town Med accepts cash, card and select medical aids. Please contact us to confirm whether or not we accept yours.

  • If you require a detailed cost estimate for a procedure or test, please request one before services are rendered.
